There is no single way that counselling should look. Some people value the familiarity of meeting from home, others prefer sharing a room, while some find it easier to talk while walking outside.

You do not need to know exactly where to begin. If something needs to change, we can start by making sense of what is happening and finding a way forward that feels possible. I will meet you where you are and work alongside you, at a pace that feels right for you.

Whatever has brought you here, there is space for all of who you are.

Online Counselling

Life feels too much

Anxiety, stress, low mood or pressure at work can leave life feeling difficult to manage. You may be holding too much together, running on empty or struggling to find space to breathe and gather your thoughts.

Understanding yourself

Childhood experiences, trauma, addiction, identity or neurodiversity can shape life today. You may notice patterns and wonder where they began, what they mean or whether something could shift.

Relationships and loss

Bereavement, separation, loneliness or strained relationships can change how life feels. You may be trying to understand what has happened, adapt to what has changed or find your way through what remains.

When you cannot name it

You do not need a diagnosis, label or clear explanation. Sometimes knowing that something does not feel right is enough. We can begin there and take time to understand what may be going on.

Not sure where we should begin?Start with a conversation.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say. We can begin with what feels important.

The first conversation is a chance to understand what has brought you here, talk about what you might hope for and see whether working together feels right.
